Step 1 - Open your photo |
If it isn't already open, open the photo you wish to modify. |

Step 2 - Display Picture Frame dialog |
Choose Image > Picture Frame. |
Perform this step for me. |

Step 3 - Choose a frame |
In the dialog's Picture Frame drop-down, choose the desired frame. Note the preview that appears in the right side ofthe dialog. |

Step 4 - Make frame settings |
In the Orientation section, choose whether to have the frame inside or outside the image. You can also flip or mirror the frame, or rotate it if necessary. Use the Transparency color section of the dialog if the frame contains an alpha channel. |

Step 5 - Click OK |
When you're satisfied with the look as displayed in the preview, click OK to apply the frame. |

Be aware that a picture frame is added as a separate layer. You can modify the frame layer as you would any other layer. |
